Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form or tell us on a call.
• Purchase information. If you buy a program, our payment processor handles your card details. We receive the transaction record, never the full card number.
• Usage information. Standard web log data such as pages viewed, browser type, and referring page.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and schedule calls.
• To deliver a program you signed up for, including session links and reminders.
• To send you information about our own programs, where you asked to hear from us.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Text messages

Where you give consent by ticking the box next to the phone field on our forms, we may send you recurring automated text messages about your enquiry, your appointments, and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by Team Legacy, and are shared with our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you asked for.

Who we share information with

We use service providers to run the business: a customer relationship platform, an email and text messaging provider, a payment processor, and a scheduling tool. They may process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a relationship with you and for as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected].

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone on our list.
